Hey, I’m Jessica Cruz—creator of The Baddie Glow-Up Project.
I’m a mom, a breast cancer survivor, and a woman who’s lost 80 pounds—not through punishment, but through real consistency, habit shifts, and showing up for myself every single day.
I created this program because I know how hard it is to be everything for everyone and then look in the mirror and not recognize yourself. I’ve been the woman who hid in photos. I’ve been the woman who tried every quick fix. I’ve been the woman who put herself last.
Not anymore.
This isn’t a “coach talking at you” program. This is a "come with me, I got you" program.

Q: Is this a weight loss program?A: It’s a fat loss and self-worth transformation. Yes, you’ll lose fat — but you’ll also gain confidence, consistency, and clarity. No crash diets. No shame. Just glow.

Q: Do I need a gym membership?A: Nope! All workouts can be done at home with a set of dumbbells, resistance bands, and your own body. No excuses, just options.

Q: Do I need to be fully plant based to join?A: Nope! The program supports a high-protein, plant-based approach, but you don’t have to be vegan to benefit. You’ll still learn how to fuel your body and get results. But ALL of our nutrition recommends will be 100% plant based to give your body a new challenge that it may not have ever had before. This is purposeful. After our first 12 weeks, feel free to go back to what you know!

Q: What if I fall off halfway through?A: Then you come back. We don’t do guilt. We do bounce-backs. You’ll learn how to pick yourself up and keep going — that’s where the real glow-up happens.

Q: How long will I have access?Monthly members will have access for the months they are with us and yearly will have access for 12 months.

Q: Are you a personal trainer or nutritionist?A: I’m a certified transformation coach, not a licensed therapist, dietitian, or personal trainer (though I used to be NASM PT, PES certified as well as pre and post natal, TRX and kettlebell certfiied). All guidance is rooted in my personal journey and education. Always consult your healthcare provider before starting any new program.
